In keeping with our heightened security procedures, we request you to provide your photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals can present any of the following which is mandatory: Passport, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Pan Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa. PAN cards are not accepted. Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.

Group cancellation made 30 days prior to the arrival date shall incur cancellation charges beyond 100% will be charged through length of stay.

All standard policies pertaining to hotel/hospitality industry are applicable, when specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the “Reservation Confirmation” document.

Payment Policy

To secure your reservation at hotel, we require an advance payment equivalent to 50% of the total amount at time of booking. The balance amount need to paid 7 days prior for GIT and for FIT at the time of check-in.

The advance payment must be made within 24 hours of booking to confirm your reservation. Once the payment is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.

Payment can be made through UPI, payment gateway link or deposit in the bank account before the due date.

Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.

An extension of stay at the Hotel is liable to be offered at rate/offer applicable at the time the extension request is made. In case, the original offer at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, the hotel is not liable to offer a room at the original rates but at current rates on offer.
Refund Policy

Certain privileged booking rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation, refund or any change. The Customer is therefore advised to check the room description and any such conditions carefully prior to making a booking. Hotel shall not be liable to cancel or refund any monies or alter any bookings if booking is made under such privileged booking rates or special offers.

Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the Customer using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking and any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the Customer. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.

By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel’s Standard Terms and Conditions in respect of their reservation / stay at the Hotel.

You further agree that the General Terms and Conditions as provided on the website www.asapianhotels.com shall constitute the binding agreement between yourself and Hotel Diplomat in relation to any and all commercial arrangement including reservation, stay, payment, usage of facilities, etc. of whatsoever nature.

The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.

Guest voluntarily agrees and permits the Hotel representatives to profile the guest from the public domain to ascertain the details of the guest and render adequate hospitality services to them during their stay in the hotel.

The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change the prices under these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation and your stay in the Hotel.

The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.

The Hotel does not accept any liability for any failure by the Hotel to comply with these conditions where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

If the Hotel offers any special rates or waives any rights available to it under these conditions on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion.

No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed in the room. The Hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

The reservation is not transferable.

In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.

Hotel reserves the right to send guests away from the Hotel due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if Guests do not observe instructions given by Hotel employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests.

Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the Hotel at any point of time.

Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time arrival in the Hotel

Guests are not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the Hotel or order food from outside the Hotel.

The Hotel undertakes no liability for the shelf life of the food which is taken away to the Hotel after an event at the Hotel or taken outside the Hotel for private consumption.

Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the Guest. The Guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advise duly provided by the Hotel and should avoid breaching the same. The Guest will be solely responsible for any such violation if identified.

All the assets and valuables of the Hotel should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. The Hotel has the discretion to levy any charges in future if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction to the asset of the Hotel (both movable and immovable) have been done or caused by the Guest.

If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to: a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is not Hotel’s responsibility to advise Hotel management prior to arrival.

Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do also. The Hotel takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.

Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter items are either disposed of or donated to charity. The Hotel accepts no responsibility for contacting individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check out are only held until close of business that day.

Claimed items can be collected from the hotel with valid identification or alternatively the hotel can arrange postage on behalf of the guest at their expense.

The Hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the parking area. The hotel is obliged to clearly express in the parking area that the area is not supervised and the hotel is not responsible for the property kept in there.

Valet parking is always at the Guest’s risk and advise from the Security Team needs to be strictly adhered with by the Guest at the time of checking in. Hotel will not be accountable for loss of any valuables from such parked vehicles.

Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms.

Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or don’t return the key they are obligated to pay penalty of INR 2500.

Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. From 20:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace.

Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.

We assume that the Guests are familiarised and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.

Hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception.

All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air condition does not work if windows are opened or if windows are not properly closed.

Hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, Hotel is obliged to charge the penalty of 70 EUR according to the local Law.

Wi-Fi is free & available in entire hotel. Password is provided at the Reception.

Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.

In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. Hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.

Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.

It is not allowed to take explosive, weapons, inflammable materials or other dangerous chemicals in to the hotel.

It is not allowed to bring food and beverage from outside in the hotel. Hotel keep the right to move this food and beverage.

Hotel do not serve RO water in the room or in other areas. Guest need to purchase water bottle from hotel.

For your convenience hotel has arranged the parking in front of the hotel. Hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle on the parking.

For any damage caused by the Guest to the hotel property, the Guest is due to cover the cost of damage to the Hotel.

Guests may have visitors in their rooms which must be registered at the Reception. Visits are allowed until 5 p.m. and in case of extended visit (after 5 p.m.), hotel will charge additional amount of 15 euros including VAT per person per night, as a supplement for the next guest.

Hotel keeps the right to require a guarantee for extra expenses during reservation process or at the check in. Minimum amount to be deposited is 2.000 INR per room per night. Payment guarantee is required.

In case of a long stay the services are to be paid on the weekly bases. Payments are in local currency on the arrival day.

All departures after 12 p.m. will be considered as late departure and additional cost of 1/2 day price will be applied to Guest’s hotel account.

If departure is after 6 p.m. an extra night including breakfast, will be charged. Please check for details with Reception.

If during your stay, for whatever reason, you need to check out earlier, it is necessary to inform Reception 24h prior departure. Otherwise full night stay will be charged.

In case of cancellation of further Guest stay by the Hotel caused by misbehavior and disrespect of Hotel Rules, Hotel reserves the right to charge for full length of stay as per reservation.

In case of fire alarm, please follow instructions from the evacuation plan attached on the inside of your main room door.

It’s not allowed to take out from the hotel (pillows, blankets, towels).

If you have any suggestion on hotel service or if you have any technical problem in your room, please be free to inform us at your earliest convenience.

In case of late notice for any complaints that you might have, when hotel has no chance to react, those situations will not be considered as a reason for accommodation rate discount.

Usage of swimming pool time is from 06:00 Hours to 18:00 Hours. Music is prohibited in swimming pool area. Guest need to carry their own costume in order to use swimming pool.
