The Parijat Tree is history of Sultanpur above 100 years old in the side of Gomti River Sita Kund Ghat is a nice place. A tree that blooms only once a year and folklore associates it with era gone by. The Parijat Tree near the temple is also very old and rare, and is believed to have been brought from heaven by Lord Krishna. The tree blooms at night and has fragrant flowers.

Dhopap Temple
According to Vishnu Puran, Gomti was known in this tract as Dhutopapa, which reaches Dhopap from the east and after forming a loop near this place it takes sharp turn to the south east. Ghat known as Dhopap Ghat has been constructed, where people follow the example of Rama in washing away their sins in the river.
